Hey everyone! 👋 As we head into the winter and cold/flu season, let's all work together to keep our fitness area clean, safe, and welcoming for everyone. Your cooperation makes a huge difference!

Tidiness & Health Reminders:

Cleanliness is Key! Please return equipment to its place when you're done and, especially with cold/flu season approaching, WIPE DOWN MACHINES VIGOROUSLY after every use. Let's protect each other!

Keep the Space Clean: As winter approaches, please bring extra shoes or be sure to clean your shoes thoroughly before entering to avoid tracking mud or snow onto the equipment.

Safety & Equipment Care:

Handle Equipment with Care: Please use equipment properly and report any damaged equipment to management immediately. For safety, DO NOT USE damaged gear.

Be Aware: Always use equipment properly, do not lean on it, and keep your hands away from any moving parts.

Proper Attire: Remember that proper fitness attire is required (no boots, street shoes, sandals, or bare feet).

General Etiquette:

Be Courteous: Always be courteous and respectful of others while you work out.
