‼️TOTEM LOG AND DEADLIFT EVENT‼️ We are bringing it back to our stomping grounds, BIGGER and STRONGER than ever! The Georgia Log and Deadlift Championship will be held at Totem Training 📍(1300 Macon Road, Perry, GA 31069) on July 22nd, 2023!

🦁Registration is $80 and until June 23rd 2023.

💪🏼Weigh ins will be on July 21st from 9:00am-11:00am and 4:00pm-6:00pm at Totem Training's Perry Location (event location).

🐺Check in for the event will start at 9:00am and end at 10:30am Saturday July 22nd. Competitors rules meeting will start at 10:30, with the first competitor's time starting at 11:00.

🦅Event requires a United States Strongman Membership for all competitors. You MUST have this at weigh ins to compete the next day.
All State Records will be up for grabs. Message event coordinators to let them know if you will be attempting a record. State records may be attempted for sub weight classes as long as you weigh in appropriately and are competing in the main weight class.

🐅This competition is a qualifier for the Arnold XPC Deadlift Salute. The top two Lightweight (under 220) and Heavyweight (over 220) deadlifts completed will be submitted to the national list with the top twenty one from those lists being invited to compete at the Arnold.

✨T Shirt will be included in all competitors "Swag Bag" and extras will be on sale. You are not required to wear the event T shirt during competition. Trophies/Medals will be given out to top 3 in each division.

After Southeast Georgia's contest will be the annual GA Log and Deadlift Contest on July 22nd. All state records are up for grabs. Seth Thompson and Totem Training will be returning as hosts to this contest and we know its going to be great!! Early bird registration until 4/3.

Everyone saw a photographer at CGSM and that was Jay McCarty. He volunteers his time, for free, to come out and take approximately 1.1 million photos of all the athletes, all 5 events, and the awards.

CGSM 2023 is in the books!
A HUGE thank you to all of our volunteers. We've had the majority of our staff all 13yrs and without them, there is no CGSM. Thank you all so much for working so hard for these athletes!

Thank you to ALL of our sponsors as well. Hosting a contest is not cheap and without our loyal sponsors and their continued support, CGSM would not be possible.

Last but not least...…. Totem Training for hosting CGSM and allowing us to take over their amazing facility. The Totem staff is absolutely unbelievable. We thank them all for supporting us!
