Perry Run Group Waiver

I know that running with Perry Run Group is a potentially hazardous activity, which could cause injury or death. By my signature on this Perry Run Group waiver sign-in

sheet, I certify that I am medically able to perform this event, I am in good health, and I am properly trained. I assume all risks, including the effects of the weather; high heat and/or humidity; freezing cold temperatures; traffic and the conditions of the road and sidewalks; wildlife encounters; falls, injuries, and medical emergencies. I agree to abide by the rules of the road as a pedestrian, and I understand that bicycles, skateboards, roller skates or inline skates, animals, and personal music players are not allowed during group runs. I further agree to abide by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommendations for the prevention of the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). I understand that there’s a risk of being exposed to or infected by COVID-19 and other communicable diseases by my participation in this event, and I personally assume this risk. I have read this waiver and acknowledge these facts. With my signature on this Perry Run Group waiver sign-in sheet, I agree that I, and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release Perry Run Group, Bodega Brew, the City of Perry, and the Road Runners Club of America from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event.

I believe last night was the biggest Thursday run group in PRG history (a few not in photo) and yet so many new faces!
If you’re new here and/or we haven’t met yet, Quade (you can call him Q) on the far right took over leading this group back in December 2025, but it was founded back in 2022 by Kim and Nick (shoutout to Running Lifestyle Media). I’m his wife, Erica (behind the camera) and I ‘run’ the social media 😄 See next photo for us!
Quade took over this group not just for the running aspect but for the community connections it builds.
Being part of a community-run group means more than just logging miles. It’s about motivation, accountability, friendship, and support from people who share your goals. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced runner, a run club can help you stay consistent, build confidence, improve your fitness, and celebrate achievements together. Every run is better when you’re part of a community 🫶🏼

Today we remember and honor the men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. Grateful for those who gave everything so we could enjoy the freedoms we often take for granted.
