For many of our cheerleaders, she is the friendly face greeting them at the door. They see her and she welcomes them to practice before they even set foot in the building or see their coaches. Ms. Katie is so much more that our favorite field leader - she is a sounding board for the entire program and has helped plan out each year for the past 8 seasons. And today is her birthday!

We were thrilled to see our friend Julia today! Julia greeted us with hugs and smiles - and her giggle is positively infectious and brings joy to all around her.

She was super excited to be fitted for her uniform - and can’t wait to wear it this season!

While we love meeting new athletes… it makes our hearts happy when we get to great our returning athletes with big hugs!

Tonight was full of hugs and happy greetings for one of our seasoned ChompAbilities athletes, Bella. Bell is coming back for her third season - but this is the first time we have seen her in a competition uniform. Our girl is usually rocking the t-shirts and ball caps, so seeing her dressed in a shimmery gold shirt and shell was a treat!

We are looking forward to a great season with Bella & her friends this season!

We are close to closing our traditional athlete registration, but will be keeping our ChompAbilities registration open until June 30th.

We had the honor of meeting one of our newest Gators in the Swamp tonight: Paige! Paige started her cheer career in Bel Air, then tried a full year program - but has decided that a fall program is the best fit for her!

She was thrilled to be fitted for her uniform and meet Coach Emma, and is so excited to to get this season started.

The ChompAbilities are endless in Perry Hall! We are thrilled and grateful to be able to provide a program for special needs athletes of all ages.

Coach Julia Glorioso is back for another season with our adorable Gator Tots! Coach Julia started coaching with the oldest of the swamp, 15U, and then made the switch to the littlest - and she is back to be the baby whisperer yet again!

Julia has two Platinum cheerleaders and two Gators-in-training at home, and is committed to bringing the best experience possible to the littlest cheerleaders in the program.

Coach Lisa Butler is back for a second season as one of our Gator Tots coaches. She has two daughters of her own: one is a Gator cheerleaders the other is involved in competitive gymnastics.

Like many of our Gators, Lisa started cheering in elementary school. Her cheer journey took her through middle school and into high school, where she was the captain of both her JV and Varsity teams. Her HS team brought home the county championship twice!

Lisa and her best friend spent many hours in the basement making up cheer routines - and now she gets to put that creativity to use with our littlest Gators in the Swamp!

When she isn’t on the mat, she is managing the therapy practice that she owns and supporting other women and moms!

Lisa, we are lucky to have you!
