Hello Lake Perris Village Residents! We need your help! There have been many residents and guests seen speeding throughout the community and disregarding stop signs. Not only is this extremely dangerous, but it is also a violation of our lease, as seen below:

"O. Resident agrees that conduct which constitutes a substantial annoyance to
other community residents within the meaning of California Civil Code §798.56(b), shall
include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following conduct or combinations thereof,
upon written complaint by other residents and witnesses and/or their willingness to
cooperate and testify in a court proceeding due to the seriousness of the acts or omissions:

11. Unsafe driving within the Community including driving at an unsafe speed,
failure to stop or yield, endangerment to pedestrians, children, and pets;"
