Community Update:

Recent reports have surfaced regarding questionable recruiting practices within the Perris Panthers Youth Football and Cheer (PPYFC) organization. Specifically, it has been alleged that a former player—who is now of high school age—was approached by President Hector Moreno to participate in a 7-on-7 team. These reports include claims of offered compensation totaling $300 per game.

These allegations raise serious concerns regarding compliance with Jr. All American Football League guidelines, particularly those governing age eligibility and amateur athlete standards.

To ensure the safety and best interests of student-athletes, parents and community members are encouraged to exercise caution and perform due diligence regarding the PPYFC program. Transparency and accountability are the foundations of fair play, and maintaining these standards is essential for the integrity of youth sports.

This information is being shared for general community awareness based on formal concerns brought to my attention.

Response Statement to PPYFC Instagram post:
I am compelled to address the misleading and inaccurate statements made in the recent post regarding the Perris Panthers Youth Football & Cheer organization.

To be clear, this page has always been under my management. While access was temporarily granted to Hector Moreno and Monique Moreno (Rios), in my formal resignation as Secretary explicitly stated that I would retain ownership of all materials, platforms, and resources that I personally established and contributed to. It is both disappointing and disingenuous to downplay the level of work and commitment I invested into this organization. The foundation and growth of this program did not happen by accident, and I played a significant role in building what it is today.

Furthermore, the claims regarding bans and legal action are false and misleading. I have never been banned from Patriot Park. The referenced restraining order involving myself and Josh Julick was dismissed in court due to lack of evidence, improper service, and the failure of the filing party to appear. These are matters of public record.

I strongly advise the community to approach these statements with caution and to verify facts independently rather than accepting one-sided narratives.Parents and participants deserve transparency, professionalism, and a safe, well-managed environment. I encourage families to carefully evaluate their involvement and make informed decisions based on verified information.
I will not allow false claims to go unchallenged.

Hello everyone,

I would like to inform the public that this page is no longer active or affiliated with the Perris Panthers Youth Football & Cheer Program.
I originally created and managed this page since 2014, and it does not belong to, nor is it operated by, President Hector Moreno or Commissioner Monique Moreno (Rios). Their access was removed following my resignation from the organization.

My decision to step away was based on ongoing concerns regarding leadership decisions, misuse of authority, lack of transparency, and what I believe to be a disregard for the safety, inclusivity, and overall well-being of the children involved in the program.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to carefully research and consider all options when choosing a youth football or cheer organization. Based on my experience, I would advise looking beyond the Perris Panthers Youth Football & Cheer Program and its associated league.

The Lady Panthers had an amazing day Saturday for Stunt Clinic they learned amazing Stunts, new cheers and some amazing tumbling. Another Shout Out To our amazing Cheer coaches for volunteering there time to help Our Lady Panthers become the best cheerleaders in our beautiful City Of Perris.

The Perris Panthers Youth Football & Cheer Would Like to Present our 2025 Panther Back Pack Give Away. The Only Football & Cheer Organization in the City Of Perris Who works closely with our community & gives nothing but the best to our youth athletes.

We will only be handing out back packs for all our Panther Athletes, About 200 Panther Athletes will receive a back pack with school Supplies From our Organization. We will also have movie & Free Popcorn night, so please bring your chairs and enjoy a great family night. Snack Bar will be open Remember To Support our Panther Snack Bar.
