Killer leg day!
4 rounds:
Split squats 10 R/L
Deadlift 5 reps 95lbs
15 TRX jump squats
60 reps on battle ropes
20 calf raises
3 rounds:
Low plank toe touches with 15 sec hold and then rollouts.
Finished with squats to the song Flower by Moby with 12 lbs on my back!

So today's workout was a ladder down work 20-18-16-14.....etc down to 2 reps of burpee's ab roll outs, chest press and squats with weights. Then two rounds of KB swings and farmers walk.
