Diamond Elite Academy Diamond Elite Academy is based out of North Jersey. We offer private position specific instruction as well as group clinics and team training!

We are softball instructors that focus on not only developing softball skills, but also working on the mental game for ultimate game success. We are both so passionate about this game and it is our goal to share our passion with others. Coach Harley Masiello is a former NCAA pitcher for the Ramapo College Roadrunners. She focuses on private and group pitching instruction. Coach Marissa Bariso is a

former NCAA catcher for the NJCU Gothic Knights. She focuses on private and group instruction for hitting, catching and fielding. Both also do sports specific strength and conditioning. We do individual lessons and well as camps and clinics for all ages. We are currently currently based out of Northern New Jersey. ✨ Meet your coaches! ✨

One thing we introduced this year that we’ve absolutely loved is our Coach Groups.

Every camper is assigned a specific coach for the week. While our girls are always welcome to work with every coach, having one designated coach gives them someone to check in with throughout the day, earn punch card prizes through, ask questions, celebrate wins with, and build a connection with.

Our goal has always been so much bigger than softball. We want every athlete who walks through our camp to feel welcomed, encouraged, and truly seen. We hope this small change helps us get to know each girl a little better while creating an even more personal camp experience.

We can’t wait to spend an incredible week with all of our Riverdale campers🩵🥎

Summer camp should be more than just keeping kids busy for a few hours.

At Diamond Elite Academy, our goal is to create the perfect balance of learning, confidence-building, friendships, and fun.

Every day is packed with softball instruction, skill development, games, competitions, and activities designed to help athletes improve while actually enjoying the process. We want players to leave camp not only as better softball players, but as more confident young athletes.

☀️ Competition Day at Diamond Elite Summer Camp ☀️

Every Thursday, we finish camp with a day packed full of softball, teamwork, competition, and fun.

Campers start the day with scrimmages, giving them the opportunity to put their new skills to work in a game setting. After lunch, we switch gears with water balloon games, team competitions, and some of our favorite camp traditions.

We then wrap up the week with our matching camp shirts and awards ceremony.

🥎 Best Teammate
🥎 Most Coachable
🥎 And more!

Each award is chosen by our coaching staff and recognizes athletes who stood out through their effort, attitude, growth, leadership, and sportsmanship throughout the week.

Our goal is simple: provide a camp experience where athletes improve their skills, build confidence, make friends, and have an absolute blast doing it.
