🚨 Full Review
This is probably going to be a longer review, but it’s my experience with training with Ronnie the last 5 years or so.
Ronnie and I started working out together around my Senior year of High School. At the time I was around 6’4 and 190 pounds, pretty much a twig. I hated going to the gym and working out in front of other people because I could barely bench 135. Ronnie convinced me to start working out with him,
and it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. As a beginner, he helped me learn how to properly do a lot of lifts and was always positive and encouraging when I struggled with something.
I knew I wanted to play football at the collegiate level, but I knew I needed to get bigger to do so. Ronnie’s workouts were some of the hardest I’ve ever done.
He always pushed me to go as hard and as far as I could. We spent countless days/nights pursuing it.
I went to a Division I College to play football, and trained with Ronnie every winter and summer break, and I was able to put on muscle, but still stay agile and athletic. By my senior year of college, I was 6’5 245, ran a 4.65 40 yard dash, 29 inch vertical, 285 pound bench (it was always my worst lift) and squatted 595.
I had the best football seasons of my life
- I broke multiple school records, won numerous awards and honors such being All-Conference 3 seasons,
All-Region,
I led the NCAA in sacks for half a season my Junior year, and countless others.
To keep it simple - Ronnie is a great trainer who knows what he’s talking about. He was able to help me gain 50 pounds of lean mass over my college career, while still staying as fast and agile as I was before.
It takes a lot of dedication and work to change your body, and it starts with your mindset.
Whether you’re new to working out or a varsity athlete, Ronnie will have a program to help you see results. He’ll push you to your limits and be there to support you the entire way.
I know for a fact if I hadn’t started training with Ronnie my Senior year of High School I would never have achieved what I achieved.
