We will be cancelling Les Mills Body Balance, Les Mills Body Combat, and Les Mills Body Pump on Saturday, June 6th due to the Steamboat Classic.

The only entrance to the facility that morning will be the Wayne Street entrance as Eaton street will be closed prior to the race. Please allow plenty of time to reach the RiverPlex for any activity prior to 12 pm.

The Steamboat Classic will be held on Saturday, June 6th. Access to our parking lot will be limited during the race. Please allow extra time to get to the RiverPlex that morning. We will be cancelling Les Mills Body Balance, Les MIlls Body Combat, and Les Mills Body Pump for that morning. HIIT Ride and Les Mills Core classes will still be held.

Join us for our new Midday Yoga starting June 1st at 2:15 pm.

Welcome to your Midday Yoga Reset, where we bring busy life into balance! This class invites slow, accessible, grounding movements early on to quiet the mind and bring you into the present moment. Mindful stretching helps increase range of motion, circulation and softness in areas of the body that might feel tight or guarded. We use Yoga props to find that “just right” feel. Then we let our breath and gravity do the rest. These poses are held for 3-5 minutes, to create more space in your body and aid in recovery. We end with Restorative postures that encourage the body to feel supported, heavy, and safe to settle. Students will learn meditation techniques that bring flexibility to the mind so we can adapt to life’s challenges.

Yes… the whirlpool is currently down again. And trust us — no one is more frustrated about it than we are. 😅

We truly appreciate your patience while we work through the issue.

Our team is actively working to get it repaired and back up and running as quickly as possible, and we’ll continue to keep you updated along the way.

🇺🇸 Memorial Day Hours Reminder 🇺🇸

RiverPlex will have modified hours on Memorial Day, Monday, May 25, and will be open from 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM.

As we enjoy the holiday weekend, we also pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving our country. Their courage and dedication will never be forgotten. ❤️🤍💙
