11 of us from the team did a nice steady climb up South Mountain today followed by some steady base miles along the canal through Tempe. Great turn out for silent Sunday which doesn’t allow cars on the mountain! Thanks for the lead Jerry Murphy.

Great 11 mile trail run up in Prescott with the team. The temperature was fantastic and some nice winds made it a perfect morning.
