This woman carries herself with so much strength and grace, still holding space for others while her own life is transforming in the most sacred way... and with baby # 2 🥹She is a FORCE to be reckoned with and we are so grateful for everything she’s poured into these walls and into all of you. Timeline cleanse 🤍

Our girl welcomed her sweet baby boy, Hart Lee, on March 31st and he is perfect 🦋 Wanted to give you all an update and let you know her and her family are happy, healthy, and doing so well - hallelujah!

Summer has been such a light in our stude since day one, and watching her expand her love and step deeper into life as a mama of two is a beautiful thing to witness. That girl is good at what she does and we are just so proud of her! Sending her allll ze snuggles, softness, and slow moments as she soaks this all in. We love you, lady 🩵 We thank the heavens for baby Hart Lee!

EVERYONE! please welcome this lil yogini, .hawks1 a Peoria native who will be joining us to teach IRON YOGA Thursday’s at 4p!

Claire loves to move 💗 she has previous experience teaching group fitness, has been practicing yoga and Pilates for 4 years, and is currently working toward her 200-hour YTT!

I’ve had so much fun connecting with this gal over the past couple months! She is the sweetest soul with the sweetest energy and I know you’re all going to love her 💜
