I came across this article from my Extreme Aqua Bootcamp class. These 2 amazing aqua divas Cindy Avelleyra Haines and Ginny Orcutt joined my classes that spring and they laughed when I challenged the class to end that summer competing in a sprint triathlon. Not only did these 2 enter but they finished with epic times! "A Triathalon does not build character it reveals it". Thanks ladies for such a great memory!

I am so grateful to have pursued my passion for fitness for over 30 years, and I remain committed to sharing my expertise today. As a dancer at heart, I have consistently sought to push beyond my limits and hopefully inspire others to do the same. Along the way, I have made great friends and shared unforgettable experiences with remarkable individuals who inspire me in so many ways. Embracing a growth mindset and nurturing our minds and bodies is essential, regardless of age, and I firmly believe it is the key to unlocking our full potential. Be good to yourself; don't let doubt creep in and stop you from challenging yourself! 🏋️‍♀️💪🏼 🚴‍♀️ 🌊
