Attention CFNP Members! It’s getting close to that time of the year to take on the Murph workout! Join us May 23rd in the morning and kick start your Memorial Day weekend by taking on this tough workout. Heats are 6, 7, 8 and 9 AM and will begin right at the top of the hour! Sign up on the whiteboard at the gym and even reserve your rig spot! If you’re in an earlier heat, cheer on others as they tackle the workout too! Lots of different workout options including but not limited to a half Murph, quarter Murph, partner Murph, biking or rowing instead of running! We hope to see lots of CFNP members signed up on the whiteboard in the next few weeks!
