💙 What a Day. What a Community. What a Cause. 💙
The 2nd Annual Twisted Tri for Camp Hope is officially in the books, and our hearts are so full.
Together, we raised $7,900 for Camp Hope—an incredible organization that provides a camp experience to kids with cancer and other blood disorders. To every participant, volunteer, sponsor, donor, and cheerleader: thank you. This event only happens because of people like you.
Watching our members push themselves to accomplish incredible fitness goals. Many completed three consecutive hours of workouts to earn their coveted Monkey Trophies. The determination, grit, and encouragement shown throughout the day was truly inspiring. Every mile, every round, and every rep was a reminder of what can happen when a community comes together for something bigger than itself.
And then... Mother Nature decided to throw us a curveball. 🌧️
Just as we were wrapping up, the skies opened up and gave us quite the downpour. But if there was ever a perfect example of the spirit of this community, it was what happened next. Our volunteers and members jumped into action, and the entire event was torn down in less than 20 minutes. No complaints. No hesitation. Just teamwork, adaptability, and people helping people.
That's what makes this community so special.
I can't begin to express how proud I am of everyone who made this day possible. We came together, challenged ourselves, supported an incredible cause, adapted when things didn't go as planned, and had a whole lot of fun doing it.
Incredible cause. Incredible team. Incredible event.
