My choice comes with hope that one.day Kurt the Owner can make a choice not to choose.greed , anger and anxiety and the gym can be what it should be: a Healthy Place.

ATTENTION MEMBERS : Our Let's Get Moving Kid's class at 4:15 this afternoon is cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you are signed up for the session, this class can be made up in late July and/or early August. All members can bring their children for FREE. Ages 7-12. Through July 24th, the class is scheduled for Mondays at 10:30 am and Thursdays at 4:15 pm. Check it out!
