Plot twist: two chapters of my life are about to collide in the best way. š„¹
For 20 years, I built my career in healthcare administration.
Healthcare gave me so much. It taught me about leadership, navigating complex organizations, building relationships, bringing people together around a common goal, and what it looks like when the right people are in the room.
And then, I became an entrepreneur. These days, my work looks differentābut in so many ways, itās rooted in the very same things.
I help people become more intentional about their relationships. I help leaders, entrepreneurs, and organizations think strategically about who they surround themselves with, how they show up in rooms the culture that they are cultivating and how proximity and connection can change the trajectory of their business and life.
So getting the opportunity to speak at the 14th Annual Women Lead HERe Conference next month feels like a pretty epic convergence of two chapters of my life.
Iāll bring both what Iāve learned from my 20 years in healthcare leadership and from building businesses and communities centered around intentional connection into one room. And honestly? That feels pretty damn special.
