Yoga is not just about moving your body, exercising or sweating in yoga asanas in a hot room.

Yoga is a Holistic art, way of living, which includes physical practice, breath, awareness, yoga philosophy, attitude toward yourself/self care, attitude towards other people and other living things, connection with self and others;

Yoga in not only WHAT you do, but also How you do things on daily basis - are you here and now, are you truly Living and being present in what you're doing..?

The art of Yoga has what's called 8 limbs, that are presented and briefly described on the picture 🙏

Our nervous system and the muscles hold way more tension that we are aware of.

Stillness is often the best way to feel it, to recognize it and to dissolve it.

In every asana find the balance between effort and relaxation, try and elease all unnecessary tension, especially in challenging yoga poses.

Then, bring this practice and experience off the mat.
