PND Varsity and JV teams had a great time at Illinois Volleyball Overnight Team Camp. Varsity finished 2nd out of 16 teams for the tournament on the final day. Thank you to our camp coaches Raina Terry and cam sheehan for helping our athletes grow their skills. Go Irish ☘️🏐

Congratulations to Johnny Nguyen on becoming Head Volleyball Coach for PND Volleyball after serving as Varsity Assistant the previous 3 seasons. Coach Johnny and PND Volleyball players hosted 155 participants for the PND Volleyball Camp in June. The camp participants developed all around skills and played a variety of games led by PND Volleyball players. Go Irish! ☘️🏐☘️🏐

Congratulations to Kayla Kinning -- the January Student of the Month!

Kayla is a senior at PND and a member of St. Jude Parish. Kayla is President of All School Council and a member of Baking Club, Social Events Club, volleyball, and track. Outside of school, Kayla coaches grade school volleyball, volunteers at Pearce Community kids summer camp, and is currently interns at St. Jude School during Winterim. She is described by her teachers as "organized, thoughtful, kind, proactive, and determined. Kayla was an instrumental force in the success of the Christmas Basket Drive. Within her house, she always does a great job planning house time, including outreach to the Peoria community. Kayla is exactly the type of leader one hopes for the school to produce."
