The 2026 Open is officially in the books. 🖤🩵

What a way to kick off this new chapter in our new home. This wasn’t just about workouts—it was about community, effort, growth, and showing up for one another week after week.

To our members: your grit, energy, and willingness to push beyond limits is what makes this place special. To our coaches and staff: thank you for leading from the front, creating an unforgettable experience, and pouring into every athlete.

We shared moments that will stick with us—PRs, firsts, loud cheers, and the kind of support that defines who we are.
This is only the beginning.

We’re building something bigger than fitness—we’re building a legacy.

Excited for what the rest of this year brings… and even more for what’s ahead. 🔥

The last two weekends have been incredible. Huge thank you to everyone in the community who showed up, brought the energy, and leaned into the themes — from the jerseys for 26.1 to the western fits for 26.2. The spirit and support in the gym has been unreal. 🤠🏈

Now it’s time to finish the Open strong. Join us this weekend for the final workout, 26.3. Throw on your neon, come cheer everyone on, and help us close out the Open with the same amazing energy!

We’ll also be having a potluck, so don’t forget to sign up and bring something to share!

As we continue settling into our new home and adjusting to attendance patterns, we’re making a few temporary schedule changes starting this week.

6:00 AM Classes - Only on Fridays for now

Thursdays
8:30 AM ❌ removed
6:30 PM ❌ removed

These adjustments help us provide better coaching coverage and maintain the class experience you expect.

🔥 6AM Is Now a Full CrossFit Class

Our early crew shows up READY — so we’re giving you the full CrossFit experience: strength, skill work, and a challenging WOD to kickstart your day.
More intensity. More coaching. More progress.

💥 Fitness Stays on Dedicated Days

M–W & Fri: 8:30am, 4:30pm, 6:30pm
Sat: 8:30am
Perfect for athletes building foundations, getting back into training, or wanting dynamic conditioning with accessible movement options.

⏱️ More Open Gym Hours = More Freedom

Skill work, lifting, make-up WODs — your time, your pace.

A coach will always be on site to help guide and manage space so everyone gets the best experience possible.

🚀 Thursdays Move to an 8:30AM Start

Open Gym + a posted endurance or Olympiclifting focus workout.
Want guidance? Ask the coach on duty.
Want to do your own thing? Go for it.
Want to make up Murph? …maybe not Thursdays 😅
