Parents! Looking for your input for our Fall schedule -- what are you preferences--comment please with your child's age! 4:00 class twice a week, 4:30 class twice a week, 5:00 class twice a week, Saturday morning (10 a.m.) class once a week.

WOW!! These kids really brought it this week! We were so impressed by their great attitudes and hard work. Parents--you should be very proud! We'll be working on the fall schedule this weekend and getting it published next week. See you in a few weeks!

We had an AMAZING time with our 1st-4th graders this past week at CrossFit Kids Camp! We're taking this week off and will be back at it on Monday, July 24th for our 5th-8th grade camp. Get your kids excited about CrossFit and come to Battle at the Ballpark this Saturday at Dozer Park and watch the grown-ups, teens, and 1 team of kids compete! It starts at 8 a.m. and will run all day! And, it's FREE!
