Going into the holidays through APRIL, we will not be opening the store for The Long Run on Saturday mornings as we will be either running or biking off Pate Road and taking advantage of the amazing trail weather. What better way to experience the trails than these trail shoes:

Arrive early. Doors lock at 6 am will probably unlock at 7:30 for a quick cup of coffee and then off to tackle the weekend.

Learn where the best water stops are on your running routes. On Most days there is one on Hyde Park marked for Phat Girlz but used by all (belonging to the Penningtons)...there is one on the 6@6 route between 16th and 14th (Belonging to The Tierneys) and one on Saturday and Sunday at Tanglewood and Dean (from the Epsteins)
