The Greater Pensacola Junior Golf Association Scholarship Program is accepting applications for graduating seniors and eligible students pursuing their educational goals.

Yesterday, we traded golf clubs for paint brushes and took over Graffiti Bridge to celebrate First Tee Week and everything that makes First Tee Gulf Coast so special 💚

Because First Tee isn’t just about golf… it’s about building confidence, friendships, opportunities, and creating spaces where kids know they belong.

Also… turns out painting a giant golf ball is harder than hitting one. 😂

It’s First Tee Week ⛳💚

This week, we’re celebrating the coaches and mentors who make such a lasting impact on our participants, programs, and community. From teaching golf fundamentals to helping build confidence, character, and resilience, our coaches do so much more than coach the game.

A huge thank you to our Past Chairman and FSGA Senior Certified Rules Official Tony Capano for once again hosting our Annual Rules Clinic at Pensacola Country Club! ⛳️

This event is always a great way for our junior golfers and their families to prepare for the upcoming season, and this year’s clinic was no exception. Participants — and parents — came ready with thoughtful questions and left with a better understanding of the rules, on-course procedures, and expectations for tournament play.

We are incredibly grateful for Tony’s time, knowledge, and dedication to helping educate and support the next generation of golfers. Opportunities like this help our players build confidence both on and off the course as they continue to grow in the game.

With the 37th Annual GPJGA Summer Tour beginning in just a few weeks, the excitement is building and we can’t wait to see another fantastic summer of competition, sportsmanship, and fun!

⛳ Join Us May 31 for a Day of Golf, Fun & Friendship! 💙

We’re excited to invite all participants (ages 6+) from our 2026 Spring Golf & Life Skills classes to a special event on Sunday, May 31 at Osceola Municipal Golf Course in Pensacola!

📍 300 Tonawanda Dr., Pensacola, FL 32506

Participants can join one or BOTH events during the day:

🏌️ Skills Challenge – FREE!
🕚 Check-In: 11:00 AM
⏱️ Challenge: 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM
🍕 Pizza & Awards: 1:00 PM – 1:30 PM

Show off your Drive, Pitch & Putt skills and demonstrate everything you’ve worked on this season! Coaches will also evaluate participants interested in advancing to the next skill level.

✅ FREE to participate
⚠️ Pre-registration required (walk-ups will be charged $10)
👨‍👩‍👧 Participants ages 11 & under must be accompanied by a parent

🏌️ Participants Scramble – $10 Entry Fee
🕐 Check-In & Pizza: 1:00 PM
👥 Team Assembly: 1:45 PM
🚩 Tee Off: 2:00 PM

Join us for a fun 9-hole scramble tournament! Teams will be mixed by facility and skill level to encourage teamwork, build friendships, and enjoy the game together.
