“Love the Process.”
Shooting skateboarding has been part of my journey for decades. Capturing those raw, honest moments and reworking them onto recycled, repurposed skateboard decks feels like honoring the culture while giving it new life. What once hit the pavement now carries history forward — transformed, preserved, and renewed with purpose.

Grateful to The Makerspace at UWF for providing the space and tools to help bring this full-circle process to life.

So grateful for everyone who jumped in to help make this happen.
Through a few recent Valet Goods–hosted events, we were able to collect donated gear and build 13 complete skateboards that’ll start getting put to use next month through youth programs.

Huge thanks to everyone who donated, helped wrench, or showed up—this is what skateboarding is all about. Special shout out to for helping get these boards over the finish line.

also has gently used decks available if anyone’s in need, plus boards to borrow for the day—just hit them up.
And VALET GOODS got a ton of well-skated decks that will be transformed into art—we’ll be looking for artists for a future show benefiting Upward Intuition, so stay tuned.

Part of the appeal of aerosol writing for Phase 2 was that it allowed him to get his name known yet remain anonymous. This pioneer from the Bronx is credited with creating the bubble letter style of graffiti. While he is no longer anonymous, he has used his success to now give back— both to charity and our communities.
