The Pensacola Yacht Club was chartered as a members only private club to promote navigation, safety, and recreational water activities in 1908. Now members and their families also enjoy a full service restaurant, bar, marina, pool, and tennis court as part of their membership benefits. PYC is a charter member of the Gulf Yachting Association and members of the Florida Council of Yacht Clubs and US Sailing Association. PYC sailors have distinguished themselves in local and coastal sailing events, as well as, in offshore races and national one-design events. Motor boating events have consisted of predicted log races, cruises, raft-ups, rendezvous, and boat parades. Motor boaters have also served as support for many PYC sailing events. The PYC Junior Sailing and summer sailing program is one of the best sailing instruction and coaching programs for youth in the Southeast. Pensacola Yacht Club is an exceptional venue for a private party, banquet, meeting, or wedding reception with it’s breathtaking view, elegant décor, and award-winning cuisine. August 15th is PYC’s next raft up. It will be at our new favorite place, Dead Man’s Island. Bratwurst with peppers and onions for dinner Saturday evening and our usual mimosas & bloodies on Sunday morning. Bring a dish to share for each meal and come join the fun

Ready for the Blues? PYC will be represented at the west end of Little Sabine for the weekend beginning Thursday, July 17. No meals this raft up but join us aboard “Full Circle” and “Limonada” on Sunday morning for mimosas and Bloody Marys. July 19 at 10 AM.

Raft up this weekend, June 13. We’re going to Range Point just east of Portofino. Pulled pork for dinner Saturday evening and the usual bloodies and mimosas Sunday morning. Bring a dish and share the fun.
