Today’s EOTD: Kettlebell Around the World
This move looks simple, but the goal is control.
The kettlebell around the world is a core strength movement that challenges your body to stay stable while the weight moves around you. The key is keeping your body still, your core engaged, and your movement controlled from start to finish.
A few cues to lock in:
🔹 Grip the kettlebell upside down
🔹 Move the kettlebell around your head with control
🔹 Keep your body in a straight line without swaying
🔹 Keep it closer to make it easier, or farther out to make it harder
