The Mission: "Get Muddy, Do Good!" This is an OCR World Championship Qualifying event, but we’re there for the fun, the filth, and the finish line! 🏅

It was so much fun to "throw" down with the hubby and our friend Winston. Strength comes in many forms, and tonight it looked like sharp axes and great company!

New year, new focus, same God. 🙏✨

I’ve spent a lot of time reflecting on the road that brought me here. If I’m being honest, the last few years were some of the toughest I’ve faced. After undergoing multiple surgeries for a total of 14 hernias, the physical toll was heavy, and the weight gain was a difficult part of that recovery.

But this is my comeback year. 😤💪

I’m stepping up my game in every area of my life, starting with the progress I’ve already fought for. I’m officially down from 231 lbs to 192 lbs, and I’m just getting started! 📉🔥

My mission for 2026 is built on three non-negotiables:

• Faith First: My walk with God is my priority. He is the source of my strength and the foundation of my life. 📖🙌

• Daily Growth: I’m committing to sharpening my mind through daily education. We never stop learning. 📚

• The Return: I am reclaiming my place in the bodybuilding community! I’m training to be recovered, refined, and better than ever with my sights set on the stage in mid-2026. 🏆🏋️‍♀️

I’m hungry, I’m disciplined, and I’m ready to put in the work—spiritually, mentally, and physically. Thank you to everyone who has stood by me through the surgeries and the long road to recovery. The best is yet to come! 🚀

Who wants to participate in our annual Christmas Card Recipe Swap?!
Let's trade our favorite holiday recipes and beautiful cards! It’s a wonderful way to expand your recipe collection and connect with friends during the most magical season.

1. Send a Christmas Card with one of your favorite recipes written inside (or printed out).
2. Include your return address so others can send you their cards/recipes!
3. Send me your mailing address via private message, and I'll share the addresses of the women participating so we can all send cards to one another!
