I finally got my first news spread! *Pun intended*

Richard Lung never imagined becoming known as the nearly naked angler. Joking about it, however, soon gained momentum. “Someone got me a Speedo for my birthday (last year) and I ran with it,” Lung said.

I know I lean toward kayak fishing but sometimes the weather is too perfect to not take advantage even when the swells aren’t ideal. On the other hand, PYGMY is coming up and what better way to advertise the GOAT Kayak Fishing Tournaments?!

Finally welcoming in the warmer weather for some good fishing. It was still a little chilly at this point to be nearly naked but rest assured that I showed it off a couple hours later! Oh yeah and here’s a pretty nice snapper that I caught and released. Speedo season is here baby!

I was able to get out on the kayak a few days ago. I originally planned to look for sheepshead but the wind had other plans so I found went for some redfish instead. I caught these 30” and 31” reds. Biggest reds from my kayak so far!

Well I had two new first catches for me this week. I caught a gag grouper Wednesday and now this big shark. He was about half the length of my kayak!! I definitely didn’t expect this and was shocked he didn’t break me off considering I only had a 6” piece of wire leader. What a week!

Kneeco Cam has been slaying nearly naked too! I’ll have to try my snapper prepared that way next time.
