For Healthy Heart month, here’s a little feature on my group fitness classes at the Gulf Breeze YMCA! Every week I look forward to Wednesday and Friday mornings because of the amazing people in that room. ❤️

Lea is one of our group fitness instructors at our Community YMCA at Gulf Breeze. She teaches both cardio and strength classes, which are great to get your heart rate up and improving cardiovascular health.
