Sitting at the Pennsville Septemberfest this year I was brought back to my middle school and high school years when Simmie Cromer would have the bench press competition at the September Fest and the crowds it would drawl. I mentioned bringing it back to Brian Cummings and Andy Plagge. Ironically both also have memories of the Bench Press Competition and how Simmie Cromer was a huge influence in their lifting/bodybuilding careers as well. With all that being said we will be having a Simmie Cromer September Fest Bench Press Competition sponsored by NJ Fitness in September 2024 along with a “Best Body in the Park Competition” and a “Most Reps Bench Press Competition”. Which will feature age and weight divisions for both men and women. We will get the details like if we are aloud to have the event as part of the September Fest or at NJ Jersey Fitness - Pennsville, NJ, definition of divisions ect. out asap. We are committed to make this an outstanding event. Please share this and get training.
