Gear up and be ready for our Hawaiian themed barrel race tomorrow! Don’t forget to wear you favorite Hawaiian attire. Best Hawaiian attire wins a prize. Also, we will have leis ($1) and cups ($1) for sale to make tomorrow’s barrel race a fun one. We, also, have a few grass skirts ($1) for sale as well. Those who purchase a lei and/or a cup, will also have a chance to win a prize. So, come early as we only have limited # of each item.
As always, JD’s Roasted Corn & Taters will have concessions. The Icy Oasis will be serving up some refreshing snow cones. 🍧 And, Roy will have his tasty lemonade for sale. 🍋

Just a reminder that Saturday’s barrel race will be Hawaiian themed! Wear your favorite island attire and be ready to have fun barrel racing!

Remember….Best dressed will win a prize. Also, we will have leis available for purchase. Everyone who has purchased a lei will have a chance at winning a prize as well.

CHA members, families and friends, we need your input.

We are considering purchasing “THE STRETCH COMBO” dummy. This could be used for breakaway roping and team roping. Our thoughts are to have an OPEN ARENA night once a month (possibly twice a month) for ropers AND barrel racers. The open arena night will consist of:

•a worked pen
•a watered pen (if needed)
•timers set
•barrels set
•a 4-wheeler or SxS to pull the sled

As always, this will be a family oriented event giving our members and families an opportunity to practice and better your skills in the saddle.

Our June race is right around the corner, and we can't wait to see everyone back at the arena! The competition is heating up, the points race is rolling, and we're planning a little something extra to make this race even more fun! 👀🎉
