We have cameras at the gym that we can watch 24/7. The gym is not a hang out or play ground. If you are not a member, you are causing trouble, disturbing others, and making messes please see your self out. Thank you.

Attention members—the lock system will be in place very soon with that being said we will no longer have 1 time work outs. If you are paying 1 time work outs multiple times a month you need to obtain a membership. We will no longer have one time work outs so please pay the membership fee. Thank you.

‼️ATTENTION ALTER FIT MEMBERS: Starting October 1st we will have a new lock system. It will be each member’s responsibility to contact us to gain access to the Gym. If you do not pay your access will be deactivated. Thank you! Also if you are not a paying member and you utilize the gym you are stealing, we are recording. We see you. This is not a free hangout.

❗️❗️ATTENTION MEMBERS & PARENTS:
❗️WE HAVE NO TOLERANCE TO BULLYING IN OUR GYM! If this occurs you will no longer be allowed to attend our Gym. We have cameras in use monitoring.
❗️PLEASE STAY OFF THE WALL NEXT TO PHYSICAL THERAPY- (near bench and over head press) do not lean against or press against the wall. Move the wrestling mat away from the wall to avoid any damage to the wall!
