Bushido Kai Judo is a family oriented non-profit judo club in Rochester NY. Very active in local, state, national and international competition. Our students learn Judo as a competitive sport and a martial art that is an effective means of self defense. The instructors at Bushido Kai Judo Club work hard to create challenging and exciting classes to further our tradition of training national and in

ternational competitors. We encourage you to explore our site at www.bushidokai.net and come to check out our classes located at the Penfield Recreation Center at 1985 Baird Road. Our adult classes (ages 10 and up) are on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 7:15 pm -9:15 pm, and our kids' classes (10 and under) are on Saturdays from 3:00pm - 5:00 pm.
