Shoutout to Carol! One challenge Carol faces is Hip Dysplasia. That means she’s dealing with pain and instability in her hip. There’s musculoskeletal, mobility, strength, and balance issues. My job is to improve that, along with helping her get in the best damn shape.
This is the best I’ve seen the Lateral Side Lunge performed with a TRX by Carol and that’s due to a multitude of things.
1. A Specific Fitness Routine geared toward her needs
2. A Chiropractor -
3. Yoga
4. Nutrition
I share this because it’s important to know that to be optimal in your fitness endeavors, you may need to do the necessary things to achieve your goals and, in order to live pain free.
Health isn’t pick and choose what you do, it’s a collective.
