I just wanted to say, “ Thank You”, to all of those who wish me a happy birthday. I am mind blown at the number of salutations that I received. I guess this goes to prove that I am not alone in this universe..🙏👍🏾😊

So, I'm going to start a "reunion of friends". The idea is to see who reads a post without a picture. If no one reads my post, this will be a very short experiment. But if you are reading this message, make a comment using a single word about how we met. After that COPY this message on your wall and I will also leave you a word. Please, don't leave a word and then not bother doing the second thing. Let’s go! My family and friends are important to me, especially right now! Now its your turn.

Think On THIS
As I set here at my desk this morning (rare activity), I take a few moments to notice the sun rise. Slowly creeping and softly shafting its rays through the tree tops, as the sun moves towards its pinnacle in the sky. A thought, “Today is a new day, what did I learn from yesterday?”
I look back at the video footage of yesterdays racing. Yesterday wins and losses were not solely on individual physical prowess. Being based on age and s*x (OEM), the competition is almost even across the board. Decision making was the noticed, primary component. Anything done with the slightest thought, that was (or that could be considered) counter productive to riders’ advancement to the finish line; should be considered a BAD DECISION!!! Young or old, we People tend to make more bad decision verses good decision. BMX Racing can help us to teach our children to make good / better decisions. BMX racing can also help the (we) older children to rethink, the way we think and the way we make decisions.
Winning by any means necessary may not be a good way of thinking.
Why, because what goes around, Comes around.
A truth that may be difficult to accept, “the way we think and our decision making on the track mirrors the way we think and the decisions way make at home, School, and Work”
I’m not pointing, I just saying… “I’ve got some things to work on. You may have some too”

Yesterday was my Birthday! I am now 53 years old.
Yesterday was my dad’s funeral, he was 93.
The week I came into this world, is now the week he left this world.

We often don’t reflect on things until someone dies.
As we entered the church, I noticed the number of people that was there.
During the service, I listened to the words of praise that my father received.
As we left the church, I noticed the number of people that was there.
My father and I were not close; however, he was my father.

The question of value comes to mind.
We rank ourselves and others with and/or without reserve.
The audience at the funeral service got my attention.

Appreciate people! Appreciate your family, friends, workers, co-workers….
Even appreciate your enemies, your friend/enemies (AKA “Frien-emies”), and those who annoy you.
Appreciation brings and returns appreciation, both directly and indirectly.
You may not see it when you want it, but it will show at its appointed time.

Thanks for all the Happy Birth Day wishes. I APPRECIAT YOU ALL!!!

Hello Every-Body,
I am looking for two rear hubs that have 9T cogs on them. I don’t care if they work or not, just as long as the teeth are not broken. I just need the cogs for a project. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

It has been a while since we have seen Dom on the track, mixing it up in the front of the pack of an Elite Women moto or main event. In 2017, we’ll see 3D back on-course, aboard a BlackCrown frame, in the jersey of Zombieland BMX. We caught a quick hello and a hug at the Grands, and we knew a comeback could not be far behind. This is confirmation!
Watch for a special Announcers Tower podcast with Dom in the next week or so to hear about her time away from the sport, and what she has planned for the new year.
