Join us Saturday June 27th from 9-11am for our Spartan Obstacle Course!

Our trainers will guide you through an obstacle course with many different obstacles similar to an actual Spartan race! Try out Spartan style obstacles like rope climb, wall jumps, monkey bars, sled pulls, spear throw, and much more!

Just a quick reminder to keep working on your Summer Group X Bingo sheets! These sheets will need to be turned in by June 30th!

This is a great opportunity to mix up your routine and make fitness fun. Try a new class, step outside your comfort zone, and invite a friend to join you along the way. The more squares you cover, the better your chances to win!

Be sure to check out the attached bingo sheet for all the challenges and ideas. Let’s keep the momentum going and make the most of this summer fitness challenge.

Congrats to our very own, Alexis Durbin on competing in the New York Hyrox competition!

Hyrox is a fitness race that combines functional workouts and running, testing both endurance and strength. Alexis says that getting to compete in New York was incredible. The views were amazing and the energy was contagious!

This experience reminded her that you’re more capable than you think. Hyrox showed her that fitness is just as much about mental resistance and community, as it is about physical strength.

Crossing that finish line was so rewarding, and she’s so grateful she had the opportunity to be a part of it!
