Our Fall Rec classes start tomorrow - WOOHOO!!!!!! If you haven't registered your child, fear not, there is still time! Just head on over to the website www.upstategym.com to secure your spot as no participants will be allowed on the floor without a completed registration form. We are so excited to see ya'll tomorrow!!!

Some reminders as summer comes to a close...

1. This will be the last adult class until further notice. (Insert crying face emoji) We may be able to have pop up classes here and there, but this will be the last scheduled class for the summer. It has been a hit, and we want to thank all of our adults for joining us - it's been so fun!

2. This is also the last week for our summer rec classes. We have our Fall schedule up on the website, so if you are rejoining us in August (we hope you do!), head over to the website to secure your spot - www.upstategym.com Everyone must register online to be able to participate in class!

3. Upstate Gymnastics will be completely closed August 3rd-8th. There will be no classes at all. Competition classes will begin the week of August 10th and all other classes will jump back in the week of August 17th.

4. I will be out of town the 31st-8th and will most likely not be able to answer emails or phone calls. If you have questions, please email us still, but just know that there may not be a response until the 8th or 9th of August. This is basically my first vacation since I bought the gym 8 years ago, and it will be another 8 until I vacation again haha so I hope you can forgive the one week hiatus!

It has been a great summer, and I am so thankful to each of you for supporting Upstate Gymnastics!! It's been my home for a little over 25 years, so it really means the world! But if the kids ask, I am only 25 years old :)

Raise your hand if you have kids and would love an evening where they are fed and entertained while you have the evening to yourself. I am looking around and seeing lots of hands - Upstate Gymnastics to the rescue! We will be hosting a Parent's Night Out on July 17th from 5:30pm - 9pm. We are doing ages 5 and up and your child must be potty trained. We will provide pizza, individually packaged snacks, drinks, and tons of fun!! You can pre register online for a cheaper price of $30, but sign ups at the door will be $35. Beginning in January 2026, we are pleased to announce open gym times on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Wishing a Happy Father's Day to Upstate's Vice President of International Business Development. When he helped me buy the gym 8 years ago this is the title he demanded, and I think you can see why I have yet to promote him to President of International Business Development 😂 but really he does tons of work behind the scenes and supports me and the gym I call home unconditionally and he deserves some recognition. Happy Father's Day Papa!

Well guys, the adult class was a HIT! Mostly because no one left on a stretcher, but also because the adults killed it for their first class. With that being said, we will definitely be keeping the adult class through the summer - pop the champagne!...and maybe some advil. Going forward, we will host our adult class every Wednesday night 6-7pm throughout June and July, and it is $15 per class. There is no need to register beforehand, you will simply sign a waiver when you come in, and you're good to go!

Are you an adult? Are you an adult who wants to try gymnastics or relive your glory days 🤔 then we've got just the class for you! We will be having a trial class for adults (18 and up) Wednesday June 17th from 6-7pm. It will be $15 per participant. If it goes well - and no one throws out their back haha - we will continue for the remainder of the summer. You will register at the gym on the day of class. Tell your friends!

Make-up Week Hours for the week of June 1st:

Monday 5:15-6:15 preschool ages 3-5
Monday 6:30-7:30 girls ages 5 and up

Thursday 4-5 girls ages 5 and up
Thursday 5-6 tumbling ages 6 and up

These classes are to make up for our spring break during session 3. There are NO other classes running this week!! Our summer classes begin June 8th. If you haven't gotten signed up, get those registrations in! We can't wait to see ya'll for summertime flips and tricks!
