Coming Soon…POWER OF A VILLAGE (POV) @ Pendleton Play
Being a mom is one of life’s most rewarding journeys—but it’s also one of the hardest. Power of a Village, a 6-week series, is a safe, supportive space where mothers of all ages and backgrounds can connect, share experiences, and build community. Whether you're a new mom, a seasoned parent, or somewhere in between, this group is here to remind you: you're not alone.
Each session includes open conversation and topic-based discussions (like managing mom guilt, self-care, relationships, and parenting strategies). Guided breath and rhythmic movements will start and end each gathering. Chocolate and wine may make a surprise guest appearance. Come as you are—whether you’re thriving, surviving, or somewhere in the messy middle.
Expect laughter and maybe even a tear but most importantly support as we lift each other up. Motherhood isn’t meant to be done alone.

The way your baby moves throughout the first year of life is so important.

Hot topics in this class will include sensory regulation, primitive reflex integration, grounding, right/left integration, midline control, crossing midline, postural reflexes, and weight-bearing.

Help your baby lay that strong foundation of the correct 0-12 month gross motor sequencing needed to flourish in all areas of development including reading and writing.
