🙌🏻 I saw this sign in the gym office today, and I needed to share it! Sometimes the most powerful thing someone can say is, “I don’t think you can.” Not because it’s true, but because it wakes up something inside you. A spark. ⚡️ A fight. 💪🏻 A quiet promise to yourself that you’ll rise anyway.

I see that same spark in our athletes at the gym. They’ve felt the limits people tried to place on them. And still, they show up. They lift. They grow. THEY WIN competitions with non special needs competitors! ⭐️

Their strength is a reminder to all of us:
Don’t let the words of others shrink your dreams. Let them strengthen your drive. Whether you’re working toward a fitness goal or fighting for something in your life, keep going. You’re capable of more than people realize, and more than you’ve even seen yet! ❤️

🥲 It’s OK to cry, and yesterday I did. At our summer picnic, the feelings caught up with me. Overwhelming joy and gratitude. I got the hug I needed, and the weight of everything I’ve been carrying lifted a bit. Some of you know the rough season I’m in, and your support has been a lifeline. ❤️

Seeing our fit fam together and what we’ve built hit me with a wave of happiness so strong it brought tears.
This started as a dream, and it’s become something I never could’ve imagined. 😌🫶🏻
