Sometimes our own thoughts and visions can get the best of us. It's natural to want to better ourselves, to push ourselves to the limit. But it's also important that we keep things realistic and remember to live in the moment. It's been weeks since I have really been able to just sit and think about what I'm doing and where it's taking me. Unfortunately, I was putting so much on my plate that I was forgetting to check in on myself and make sure I wasn't overdoing things or pushing myself beyond my limits. Life has a funny way of stopping you right in your tracks and slapping you into reality. Take the time to remember what's truly important for YOU, your body, your mind, your health, because if you are not 100%, you can't truly be putting your best you forward.
