Not sure how we got here. I find myself awake at night panicking that my only baby is now an adult and in her final year of highschool.
I am so proud of you. I am so proud of how you have blossomed into the smartest person father and I know. You teach us daily, while simultaneously having your own very strong opinions about the world we live in.

As a JEWISH American, I am afraid.
Afraid for my brothers and sisters in Israel, who have been senselessly attacked by Hamas-a terrorist organization
I am truly heartbroken to see the brutal murders of innocent children, women and soldiers fighting to defend themselves.
I, like others, want peace for both Palestinians and Israelis. Let's stop the rhetoric and choosing sides. This is the exact PROPAGANDA that drove the belief system during the Holocaust.
Instead we must RECOGNIZE that we are ALL on the side of this fight against terrorism.
Choose HUMANITY over VIOLENCE.
Let go of PRIDE about who believes what and accept that humans are being murdered. Nothing makes this okay-ever.
