Fortify Your Frame is about helping all individuals create a healthy spine to last their lifetime. From youth sports, pre/postnatal, middle age, older adult ~ all have spine related pain and disfunction. No "gym machines" are used; only the 4 B's ~ bodyweight, bands, bars and balls. 2005-2022 (age 8-25). 17 years watching progress in karate and mature as a young adult under the watchful eye of Sensei Many hours, sweat and tears. A few too many broken bones and medals along the way. Belts changing from white to black. in 2013. from Judge D to Referee A. Wow, these last 17 years been a wild and crazy ride. Now onto new adventures . Can’t wait to see what comes next 💕
