From my recent presentation in Cancun…
“No one is coming"

Psychotherapist and author Nathaniel Branden had an ongoing saying & theme and it was this: “No one is coming.” And, at one of his presentations, a participant told him, but Nathaniel, you keep saying that no one is coming, but you came, and he said, yes, but I came just to tell you that no one is coming!

How powerful would it be for you if you could just get that concept clearly in your mind and heart.

No one is coming.
No one is coming to live your life.
No one is coming to solve your problems. No one is coming to give you wealth.
No one is coming to rescue you.

No one is coming, it is your life!!!

No matter what you do, life is going to be about what you choose to do with It.
In these trying times, you can choose to focus on the difficulties or opportunities, and make no mistake about it, whether you realize it or not, you are making that choice!

So, stop living in the past, it is already gone, don’t try to live in the future, it’s not guaranteed... live this moment, it’s all we really have!

It is impossible to predict the future, but it’s not impossible to create it...

And even though the future will emerge in unknown ways, the seeds for that future are all around us, today...

No one is coming, but that is not necessarily a bad thing, it could just very well be, exactly what you need!

Stop living in the feeling of your thinking…

When are you going to stop living like you are never going to die?

If not now when?

and

If not you, who?

The biggest enemy of action is our limiting belief system, manifested by the negative internal stories we tell ourselves, stories that we end up believing, with zero proof I might add, we don’t question them, and while doing so, we fail to recognize that those stories just aren’t true!!!

So, the question isn’t can you?

But rather, will you?

As we enter the last half of 2022, we want to lead with confidence by stepping into our true power, the genius within, and by leading with intentionality, and going after what's important to you!

“You either walk inside your story and own it or you stand outside your story and hustle for your worthiness” - Brene Brown

Remember that when we use our own awareness to shift our perspective, our relationship to what we perceive shifts the trajectory of meaning we make and the actions we take, which is why it's so important for us to come to realize our full potential, by that I mean our present-moment potential for awareness itself.

If the stories you are choosing to believe are not serving you, then change that narrative to those stories, change it so you can turn them into stories that will serve you best...

You are not what you think, you are what you do.

What would happen if all of sudden you were to realize that all of your problems were just one problem, and the problem was that you've lost touch with the space within, and you've been caught up in the noise of your own thinking...WHAT THEN?

Stop scaring yourself, stop living in the feeling of your own thoughts, experience living your life from the inside out...

It is time to live fearlessly, it is time to exprience life from the inside out...
