Generating enough speed in the sn**ch is crucial to making the lift. We saw the speed staying consistent at .95+ and knew it was a great time to push the weights up and went all the way to 100% making it look EASY 🔥

You may have already noticed Marisel around the gym.

Answering calls. Solving problems. Keeping things moving behind the scenes when Coach Paul somehow creates three more things to fix.

Today we’re excited to officially announce Marisel Kleppen as the Assistant Manager of Team Omnia.

Marisel has already become a huge part of what makes Omnia feel like Omnia. She brings organization, care, patience, and the ability to make both kids and parents feel supported every day.

Outside the gym, Marisel is a teacher, an avid cat lover, and someone who has spent years supporting causes close to her heart including helping raise awareness and support for children and families affected by cancer after walking through that journey with her own family.

At Omnia, we believe strength goes way beyond the platform and she represents that every day.

If you see her around the gym, make sure to say hi and welcome her to her official role.

Today we pause to honor and remember the men and women who gave everything in service to our country.

Team Omnia will be CLOSED for Memorial Day as we take time to reflect and spend time with family.

Reminder that Team Omnia will be CLOSED Friday and Saturday this weekend as our athletes compete at the Miami Fit Expo for the Swamp Strength Showdown.

Come support the team, watch some incredible Olympic Weightlifting, meet vendors, enjoy the expo, and experience one of the biggest fitness weekends in South Florida.

We would love to see the whole Omnia family there supporting our athletes on the platform.
