CrossFit teaches a simple progression:
Mechanics. Then consistency. Then intensity.
Before adding weight, moving faster, or chasing a score, we focus on doing the movement correctly. Good mechanics create efficiency, safety, and long-term progress.
Once the movement is sound, the next goal is consistency. Can you do it well today, tomorrow, and next month? Can you show up and repeat the fundamentals over and over again?
Only then do we add intensity.
In a world that celebrates going harder, CrossFit reminds us that lasting results are built in a different order. Master the movement. Repeat it consistently. Then push the pace.
Mechanics. Consistency. Intensity.
The formula hasn’t changed because it works.
