“2021 Master National Powerlifting Competition & Track & Field”
It has been 1 year since I started training for Powerlifting competition after 35 years. It has been a wonder experience to be able to have met these Elite Athletics from all over the USA after all this years once again.
Despite all my injuries such as, tore tendons in my shoulder, bad knees and 3 herniated Disks, I have never stoped dreaming of reaching my goals which is competing at the World Championship, MISION ACCOMPLISHED!! 🏅🏅
As to Track & Filed, this has been my first and only time training for Sprints 50, 100 & 200 Meters. It has been quite the experience!! In a short period of time I managed to qualified for the National Games.
With God’s favor, I am going to obtain the Pull-ups Guinness World Record 🙏🏼💪🏼
I would like to thank God first and then my Wife, Maria whom has always been there supporting me through out my journey and will continue to support me to the years to come.
I would like to take this opportunity and thank USA Sports Medicine In Aventura, Dr. Ricardo Tersigin & Mark, physical Therapist for the amazing job that they have done in alleviating my injuries.
