Our hearts are FULL tonight. 🩵🥊

Gloves Up for Healing was everything we hoped it could be—and so much more.

Today was about people.

People whose lives have been affected by gun violence.
People carrying battles others may never see.
People healing.
People rebuilding.
People choosing to keep going.

The greatest gift was watching this community come together with so much love, courage, energy, and hope.

There were powerful stories. Amazing athletes. Making powerful.brqcelets signifying hope. Movement. Celebration. Tears. Laughter. Recognition. Connection.

And one message kept coming back to us:

We do not have to rise alone.

Sometimes we create lift for ourselves.

And sometimes, when life feels too heavy, someone else helps us create it.

To everyone who showed up, supported, volunteered, participated, prayed, cheered, and made today possible—THANK YOU.

And to every person navigating a difficult chapter:

You are seen.
You matter.
You are not alone.

Today, we put our gloves up—not just to fight, but to heal.
Not just to survive, but to rise.
And not just for ourselves, but for the person beside us who may need us to hold the light until they can see it again.

What a beautiful reminder of what community can do. 🩵✨

After a month off from training (knee is still healing), back to business!!! Every time I return, it feels amazing, even if the body is not at its best - training/competing make my heart happy!! It was just a few of the guys and me, but, we had a great practice!!

The serious journey to indoor Nationals and World Championships begins!!! From gymnastics to Pole Vaulting...24 weeks to get ready!!! Vamos con todo!!!🩵🌟

Continuing to grow, expand, and make the best of every day! ✨

What a fabulous conference led by David Bayer in beautiful Puerto Rico! Not only did we learn how to create a powerful presentation, but we also made meaningful connections, shared unforgettable moments, and enjoyed an inspiring weekend together.

Nothing happens until we take action.

Every new goal and every dream begins with one intentional step—followed by another. When we move forward with purpose and direction, practice until mastery begins to develop, and refuse to let obstacles stop us along the way- success is inevitable!

Continuing to learn, grow, practice, and take purposeful steps towards becoming a greater source of impact for others with coaching and keynote speaking. Fully committed to continuing this amazing journey, one purposeful step at a time. 🩵

**WHEN POSSIBILITY BECOMES REAL...**

When I was 17 years old, my dream of competing at the World Championships was taken away by a political decision.

For a long time, I believed that chapter of my life had ended.

Some dreams never completely leave us, though.

They quietly wait...

Waiting for us to believe again.

Tonight, I cleared 1.80 meters in the last pole vault meet of our Summer Series.

Then I stood on the runway looking at *1.95 meters*—a height that would have tied for third place at this year's USATF Masters National Championships for my age group.

I didn't clear it this time- very close!

But for the first time in decades, I didn't see an impossible bar.

I saw a possibility.

That changes everything.

This isn't about a number.

It's about what happens the moment a dream stops feeling impossible and starts feeling attainable.

That feeling is priceless.

I'm incredibly grateful to my phenomenal coaches and my amazing teammates at Pole Vault Miami - your support and encouragement mean more than you know!

Tonight also reminded me of something I hope you'll remember.

**That dream you've quietly placed on a shelf...**

The one you've convinced yourself is too late.

Too difficult.

Too unrealistic.

It's still there for a reason.

Maybe it isn't asking you to have all the answers.

Maybe it's simply asking you to take the first step.

To decide.

To commit.

To do the work.

Because greatness isn't found on the other side of certainty.

It's found on the other side of courage.

Tonight, a dream I thought I had lost forever began to take shape again.

And I cannot wait to see where this journey leads (although Indoor Nationals in Feb and Indoor World Championships in March are on my calendar)!!!🌟🙏
