Registration has closed for the fall season and I could not be more excited to share we have 6 (YES SIX!) new athletes, 2 athletes coming back to us from a short time away, and 6 returning from last season! We have 14 athletes!! This is our second largest year!

I can’t wait to share our fall season with you! We start back on Thursday!!

The moment many of you have been waiting for…or the moment we have been so excited to share with you! OUR TEAM TRAILER! Athletes and their families got to see it firsthand today at our year end banquet so naturally the rest of you do too!

Thank you to Pro Image for doing a fantastic job! To all our sponsors we appreciate you more than you know! Special thanks to the Pellston School Board for their overwhelming support for this wrap but also, always for our team!

What a day! The boys finished strong given the heat and increased winds!

Jace K shot a 45 in round two for a total of 93/100 and Braden S shot a 42 for a total of 91/100. Both very impressive scores!

Although they didn’t qualify in the top 400 athletes for the championship shoot tomorrow (which takes a 95/100 or higher as of right now!), they are nationally ranked as UNDERCLASSMEN!!

So much to be proud of! Congratulations! I will post their final rankings when the qualifier ends later today.

UPDATE: out of 1800 athletes Jace K placed 603 and Braden S placed 905.

We are halfway through the day and the kids are killing it! Jace K shot a perfect 25 ending his first half with a 48/50 and Braden S also shot a perfect 25 ending his first round with a 49/50!!

What a weekend!! Sorry for the delay, it’s been a whirlwind yesterday afternoon and today. Trap 2026 states was one for the books! All of our athletes had something to celebrate: whether it was a perfect 25, or a round PR, or doing better on a station they had been practicing. All of our athletes placed so well out of all of the competitors in the state (see below for specific rankings). We didn’t medal from the day but we did bring home our spring season conference awards!

1st, 2nd and 3rd place in our conference went to Jace K, Braden S and Nick B. The team got first in our conference and Jace K brought home top in the state - male and top overall in the state!

So many things to be proud of. I hope these athletes never forget their successes and get some rest before fall season starts!

What a day! We rose and we shone! Even in 30 mph wind gusts the kids held their own. All of our athletes placed in the top 30 in their competition category. Huge congratulations to these athletes who have worked so hard to get here and knocked it out of the park! Also, congratulations to Jace for receiving his 1st place conference medal from our regular season.

Team dinner, maybe some cards and pool time later before trap competition tomorrow!
