UPDATES FOR THE BABES!!!!🤸🏼‍♀️

You asked, we listened.

After receiving so many requests, we’re adding a few 6:00 AM classes to the July schedule! Whether you’re an early bird, trying to beat the Alabama heat, or want to get your movement in before the day gets away from you, we’ve got you covered.

July booking will be released one week at a time to better accommodate summer travel schedules and allow flexibility throughout the month. Our first week for July is now open for booking!!!!

We’re also excited to announce our new membership pricing options:

• Drop-In Class — $29
• 4 Classes/Month — $79
• 8 Classes/Month — $149

No commitment. Cancel anytime. Current members your membership will reflect the new pricing at your next billing cycle!

As always, our goal is to make movement accessible while continuing to grow the community we’ve built together. Thank you for your feedback, your support, and for helping us create a schedule that works for real life.
