Pell City, AL Market Update

The Pell City market continues to show healthy activity, giving both buyers and sellers reasons to pay attention. As of June 2026, the median listing price was $425,000, up 11.13% from last year, while the median sold price reached $324,000, up 17.18%.

For buyers, there are currently 195 homes for sale, giving you more choices and room to compare properties. Homes are spending a median of 51 days on the market, which gives buyers more opportunity to make thoughtful decisions instead of feeling rushed.

For sellers, demand remains encouraging. Listing prices and sold prices are both higher than they were a year ago, while homes are selling faster, with median days on market down 19.4% year over year.
